The chicken breast turns out incredibly tender, juicy, and literally melts in your mouth! Milk does not affect the carb content of the chicken, and the milk (or cream) should not be used afterward.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and spices, and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Bring the milk to a boil, then turn off the heat and immediately submerge the chicken breasts so they are completely covered with milk.
Cover the pot with a lid and wrap it in a blanket, just like you would with porridge or potatoes. Let it sit for 1 hour.
After that, remove the chicken from the milk, place it in a colander to drain off excess liquid, let it cool, and slice into medallions.
