Recipe preparation
Instructions:
1. Soak gelatin in a glass of cold water for 30 minutes until it swells.
2. Add milk, cocoa, and sweetener (in this case, cocoa goes into only half of the mixture). Heat gently over low heat until the cocoa is fully dissolved—do not boil.
3. Add the cottage cheese and stir (you will have half the mixture white, the other half dark with cocoa).
4. Blend each mixture separately until smooth. Pour alternately into a mold and create patterns, similar to latte art.
