Recipe preparation
Add salt, pepper, a little water to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
Form into walnut-sized balls.
Put cabbage and beans in a saucepan, pour boiling water over, season with salt and pepper and cook until half cooked (5-10 minutes).
Dip the meatballs into the vegetable broth.
Bring the soup to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes at a medium boil.
5 minutes before the soup is ready, add chopped garlic, herbs and a couple of tablespoons of the dried vegetable mixture.
Let the soup steep a little and serve.
