Cut the meat into portions and marinate for an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, oil, pasta, vinegar, vodka and your favorite spices.
Place the steaks in a well-heated skillet and fry for 10 minutes over high heat.
Turn the meat over and add chopped bell peppers and garlic, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
