Recipe preparation

We take 2-3 fish

We clean thoroughly: remove the insides, cut off the head, tail, fins

Then cut into pieces 1.5-2 cm

To prepare the brine, put all the ingredients in a saucepan (1 tablespoon salt, 1 tbsp sweetener, a bunch of cloves, 0.5 tablespoons dry mustard, 3 bay leaves, 0.5 tablespoons coriander, 1 tbsp sunflower oil)

Boil for 5 minutes, and then be sure to cool

Put the pieces of fish in cold brine and cover with a plate
