Recipe preparation
Fry the onion chopped into strips in vegetable oil.
Add the diced pork.
Fry the meat until half cooked.
Chop the cabbage and add to the meat.
Add salt, spices and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
Add tomato paste 5 minutes until tender.
