Wash the meat, dry it, cut into strips.
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown.
Put the onion with the meat.
Fry everything a little together, stir quickly, pour in 1 glass of hot water, reduce heat and simmer the meat covered for 40-50 minutes.
Then season with salt and spices.
Mix sour cream with mustard, add to the meat.
