Boil cabbage
Divide the prepared cabbage neatly into sheets
Grate the carrots. Chop the onion.
Slightly fry the vegetables in a little vegetable oil, add spices, salt, 1 glass of water.
Stir and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Mash the minced meat with a fork.
Pour 1 cup of thick diluted tomato paste into it. Mix.
Using a press, squeeze the garlic into the minced meat.
Add prepared and cooled vegetables, herbs, 1 egg.
Season with salt, pepper and stir.
We coat each cabbage leaf with minced meat
Wrap the cabbage with foil and place in the oven for 1.5-2.5 hours.
Expand the finished cabbage completely, remove the foil
