Recipe preparation
Peel the eggs, carefully cut in half and remove the yolks.
Leave the squirrels aside.
In a deep bowl, combine the yolks with all the minced meat ingredients. Mix well.
Add 2/3 of the salmon and cucumber. Stir again.
Stuff the eggs with the minced meat and garnish with the remaining salmon and cucumbers on top.
Arrange eggs on a serving plate and serve with pickled ginger and soy sauce.
