Prepare the required ingredients.
Wash peppers, cut into halves, remove seeds.
Cut the chicken into strips.
Fry fillets in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Finely chop the onions and olives.
Add mushrooms, onions and olives to the chicken fillet, fry.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
