Recipe preparation
Soak gelatin (20 g) in a glass of cold water for 30 minutes until it swells.
Add milk (100 ml), cocoa (2 tbsp), and sweetener.
Heat gently over low heat until the cocoa is fully dissolved, do not boil. Add cottage cheese (300 g) and mix well.
Blend the mixture until smooth, pour into molds, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
