Recipe preparation

1. Soak 15 g of gelatin in a glass of water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water from the swollen gelatin (if any remains).

2. Place over low heat, add half a cup of milk, 400 g of cottage cheese, 2 tbsp cocoa, and sweetener. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.

3. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.

4. Can be served with cranberries or lemon.
