Recipe preparation

Pour the fat cottage cheese into a bowl, add 2 eggs, sweetener, a pinch of salt, vanilla flavor or vanillin and stir until smooth

Gradually mix 2 tbsp. spoons with a large slide of flour, knead well, let stand for 7-10 minutes, form cheesecakes, fry in a well-heated pan in a large amount of vegetable oil

After frying over high heat on 2 sides, reduce heat and leave them to sweat in a pan without a lid for another 7 minutes, periodically turning over.
