Recipe preparation

Darken the Bulgarian pepper in olive oil (cut into feathers).

Add onion rings + cherry tomato halves for 5-7 minutes.

Add seafood and white wine (about 100g).

Evaporate it while stirring, add lemon juice at the end.

Put lettuce leaves on the dish

Put a warm salad in the center, garnish with tomato and lemon slices, sprinkle with herbs.
