Recipe preparation

Boil the beans in salted water for a couple of minutes, they should still be hard, drain the water.

Rinse the chicken fillet, dry and cut into strips.

Fry in a hot pan in a little vegetable oil until tender.

Peel the onion and pepper and cut them into strips.

Add more oil to the frying pan from meat and fry the onions and peppers, add the beans and fry for 5 minutes over low heat until the vegetables are ready.

Add the chicken to the vegetables, stir and transfer to a large bowl.

Whisk the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.
