Recipe preparation

Salt the wings and fry in oil until golden brown.

Sauce "Adobo"

Pour vinegar and soy sauce into a small saucepan.

Add two types of peppers, bay leaves and coarsely chopped garlic.

Pour in the sweetener.

Put a saucepan on high heat and evaporate the liquid twice.

Strain the cooled sauce through a sieve.

Pour the adobo sauce over the wings and shake or stir until the sauce is evenly covered.
