Recipe preparation

Knead the minced meat with eggs, season with salt and pepper, beat well.

Pinch off more of the mixture than for regular cutlets.

In the palm of your hand, gently knead the minced meat into a cake, in the center of which you need to put grated cheese.

Gently close the filling, shaping the cutlet.

Put the resulting cutlets in a heat-resistant form and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

While the cutlets are baked, you need to prepare the filling by mixing mayonnaise and adjika until smooth.

Ready cutlets are poured abundantly with sauce, covered with cheese on top and sent to the oven for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.
