Cut the zucchini into arbitrary thin slices.
Salt and put in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Cut sweet pepper into cubes, fry for 3 minutes with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Put the zucchini on top.
Pepper the eggs.
