Recipe preparation
Thinly cut the zucchini along and fry, then dry with kitchen paper.
Chop the garlic finely and mix with Philadelphia cheese, add canned tuna.
Mix everything until smooth.
We spread it on the zucchini, and twist it.
Pierce with a toothpick or chopsticks, decorate with red pepper.
