Recipe preparation

Cut the zucchini lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick plates.

Salt lightly.

Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.

To make them softer and fold easily.

It is advisable to line the baking sheet with parchment and lightly grease with vegetable oil.

Cut any fish fillet into strips along the length of the squash.

If the fillet is thick, you can beat it off.

Salt and pepper the fish, add finely chopped garlic.

Let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Put the fish fillet on a plate of zucchini, a little ketchup and grated hard cheese on top.

Carefully wrap the roll and place it on a wooden skewer.

We bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
