How to Build Thighs: 6 Workout Programs
The program is saved in the diary and available in our app
Description
Balanced thigh muscle development is crucial both for aesthetics in competitions and for progress in lower body training. The hamstrings are a group of three muscles on the back of the thigh: the biceps femoris (outer part), semitendinosus (middle), and semimembranosus (inner part). They originate under the gluteus maximus on the pelvic bone and attach to the tibia. Their main functions are knee flexion, hip extension, and slowing down shin movement. Without properly developed hamstrings, it is impossible to fully build the quadriceps, as they play a key role in squats, leg presses, and lunges. The program presents six exercise complexes for achieving maximum results. Always maintain proper technique and do not use excessively heavy weights for safety.
