How to do standing leg curl
Adjust the machine to your height. Lean on the stand, pressing your waist against it. The angle of the torso should be approximately 30-45 degrees. Place your leg under the roller provided by the design of the simulator. Make sure the machine is properly adjusted for height and your leg is fully extended. Grasp the handles, keep the foot of the working leg perpendicular to the lower leg. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, bend your leg at the knee without lifting your upper leg from the stand. Hold this position for a few seconds. As you exhale, slowly lower your legs, returning to the starting position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Perform the exercise with the other leg.
