This program is designed for beginners who want real muscle development and real results. Instead of expensive machines and false promises, the pyramid principle is used with 50 basic exercises. The correct combination of these exercises and the pyramid strategy will transform your body.
How the pyramid works: the first set is performed with a weight that allows you to do 12-15 repetitions. In the second set, choose a heavier weight that allows you to do only 10 repetitions. In the third set, take an even heavier weight with which you can do only 8 repetitions. With each set, you become more pumped and can slightly increase the weight. The point of the pyramid is to break new ground and blast your muscles.
50 basic exercises are grouped into a 12-week program that will change your life. This is the simplest and most effective program, especially for beginners. Before starting, you need to read 6 simple rules, then move on to 3 training phases (4 weeks each). After 12 weeks, you may need a new wardrobe for your new muscles.
