Exercise is performed from a sitting or standing position. Take a dumbbell in each hand as shown in the picture. The arms are directed down along the body, with a bend in the elbows. This will be your starting position. Start raising your arms up until your forearms are perpendicular to your torso. This movement is performed on the exhale. As soon as you reach this position, inhale and turn your hands with your hands up (this is the beginning of the main phase of the exercise). Next, as you exhale, press the dumbbells up. To return to the opposite position, repeat the above steps in reverse order.
