Stand upright beside a chair or other stable support. Grasp the back of a chair (or support) with one hand as shown. Raise your straight leg forward. Lower your leg, bringing it back as far as your flexibility allows, performing a movement like a pendulum. Repeat 5-10 times, then switch legs.
