Lie down on an incline bench with your legs securely locked as shown. Place one hand on the back of your head, the other on your thigh. This will be your starting position. Raise your upper body from the starting position while twisting your torso to the left. As you exhale, continue twisting until your right elbow touches your left knee. Stay in this position. Tip: Focus on slow and controlled movement, keep your abs tight. On an inhale, slowly return to the starting position. After completing the required number of repetitions on the left side, change hands and complete the set on the right. Tip: Focus on turning your torso and feeling the tension when you are at the peak of the twist. Variations: You can perform this exercise while lying on a flat surface or change sides after each repetition.
