Sit on the floor. The partner must be behind you. Extend your arm above you and bend it at the elbow. The partner should take your hand as shown in the picture. Try to move your hand to the side, and your partner should interfere with the movement of your hand. This is called static muscle tension. Then the partner should gently pull your elbow to the side as shown in the figure. The exercise is performed within 10-20 seconds.
