Stand in front of a cable machine. Take the pen in one hand as shown in the picture. Place your other hand on your belt. The back is straight, legs shoulder-width apart. This will be your starting position. As you exhale, raise your arm to the side, to the level of the shoulder line. Slowly lower the handle down as you inhale. Do the exercise with the other hand.
