How to do leg swings on the lower block

Use the strap attached to the cable of the lower block. Stand straight at a distance of 50-60 cm from the block, wrap your hands around the handles, as shown in the figure. Bend your knees slightly. Tighten your buttocks and as you exhale, swing your leg back. The leg describes a semicircle. Raise your leg as high as you can until you feel discomfort. Hint: at the end of the movement, squeeze your buttocks and stay in this position for a few seconds to achieve the maximum effect of the exercise. As you inhale, slowly lower your leg, returning it to its original position. Complete the required number of repetitions. Perform the exercise with the other leg. Variations: You can do this exercise using an expander.
