How to do lying raise press
Lie down on a bench with the barbell at chest level. Make sure your legs are secure. This will be your starting position. Inhale, tighten your abdominal muscles and gluteal muscles. As you exhale, twist forward at the same time and press the barbell over your head, as shown in the figure. Tip: When doing the bench press, focus on the work of the hands. On an inhale, return to the starting position by lowering the barbell. Complete the required number of repetitions. Attention: during this exercise, use the help of a partner who will give and remove the barbell. Also, we recommend starting with an empty neck and avoid jerking while moving. Variations: To make the exercise more difficult, use an incline bench.
