Lie on the floor. Put a strap, rope, or band on your foot. Bend your knee trying to touch your buttocks as shown in the picture. This will be your starting position.
Gently pull on the belt while increasing the pressure. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then stretch with the other leg.
