How to do quadriceps stretch

Lie on the floor face down, arms outstretched to the sides, palms pressed to the floor. This will be your starting position.

Bend the leg at the knee and bring this leg over the line of the torso, trying to touch the feet of the floor on the opposite side next to the arm, as shown in the figure.

Return your leg to the starting position and stretch with the other leg. Perform 10-20 repetitions.
