How to do reverse overhand triceps extension

Attach a straight or ez-handle to the upper cable. Stand facing the cable, grab the handle with a supinated grip (palms facing up). Brushes at shoulder width. Lower the handle down while straightening your arms. Keep moving until your arms are fully extended. Hint: Elbows at sides of body, feet shoulder-width apart. This will be your starting position. While inhaling, slowly raise the handle until it is at chest level. Only the forearms move, part of the arm from the shoulder to the elbow and the elbows themselves remain motionless. As you exhale, lower the handle to its original position, straightening your arms. Tighten your triceps, stay in this position for a few seconds. Complete the required number of repetitions. Variations: You can do this exercise with each arm alternately. This will help achieve better triceps isolation.
