Lie on your back, press your lower back to the floor. The arms are extended along the sides of the body, the palms are pressed to the floor. Tip: the arms remain motionless during the entire exercise. Slightly bending your knees, raise your legs 15 cm off the floor. This will be your starting position. Now lift your left leg 45° and lower your right leg down to a distance of 5-8 cm from the floor. Reverse the movement by lowering your left leg and raising your right leg. Complete the required number of repetitions. Variations: Use weights to make the exercise harder.
