How to do side-lying adductor thigh stretch

Lie on your right side. Bend your knee slightly in front of you for balance. Support your head with your right hand or rest your head on your shoulder. Lift your left leg and grab your knee (easier) or foot (harder). Pull the knee to the left shoulder, at the same time pull the toe of the foot to the floor. To increase muscle stretch, straighten your leg as much as possible. Lie on the other side and repeat the stretch.
