Take a dumbbell in each hand and stand up straight. Legs shoulder width apart. Position your hands as shown in the picture. Elbows should be bent 90°. This will be your starting position. Keeping the grip of the dumbbells as shown in the figure, press the dumbbells over you. The press is performed on the exhale. Return to starting position.
