How to do triple stretch

This is a stretching exercise in three stages. Start by lunging forward. Lower yourself down until your knee almost touches the floor. Keep your back straight. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds. Now bend your arm (on the same side as the front leg) at the elbow and lower it down. The elbow is at the foot, as shown in the picture. With your other hand, rest on the floor at the line of the foot to maintain balance. After 10-20 seconds in this position, place both hands on the sides of the foot. Lift your toe off the floor, resting on your heel. Pull your muscles. If necessary, put the other foot closer. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds, then repeat the stretch with the other leg.
