Recipe preparation

This salad can be served as a stand-alone dish, as a snack, or used as a filling for sandwiches.

Fry 6 slices of bacon (raw smoked) in a pan until crisp

Put in a salad bowl diced eggs, avocado (1 pc), chopped cooled bacon (you can add finely chopped green onions), mayonnaise and mix

Mayonnaise can be replaced with salad dressing: whisk sour cream in a bowl, add lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper
