Recipe preparation

Boil the beef in salted water.

Let it cool slightly.

Wash peppers, cut in half and core, cut into thin strips.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Chop the dill.

Heat some water in a pan, put onion and pepper, simmer until soft.

Transfer the onion and pepper to a bowl with salt, pepper and dill, squeeze out the garlic and stir.

Allow to cool to room temperature.

Thinly chop the beef.

Put on each slice a little pickled pepper, a sprig of dill, roll up and secure with a toothpick.

You can also put vegetables raw.
