Recipe preparation

Chop the cabbage and add salt

We put the cabbage in a saucepan, add tomato paste diluted in a small amount of water and put on a small fire to simmer

Fry finely chopped onions in a frying pan.

When the liquid from the onion has evaporated, add the carrots, grated on a coarse grater

Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the diced cucumbers, simmer until tender under the lid, adding water if necessary

Add the diced sausages, simmer for two minutes

Add oil, simmer for two minutes

Add the contents of the pan to the cabbage

Put out all together 5 minutes under the lid
