Recipe preparation

Biscuit:

4 eggs, divided into yolks and whites

Beat the yolks with 5 g of sweetener, 3 tsp. cocoa

Whisk the whites with 8 g of sweetener

Put everything together and add 4-5 tablespoons of flour

Pour into a greased dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Cream:

Beat 200 grams of cottage cheese and 100 grams of sour cream with 4 grams of sweetener

Whisk separately 300 grams of whipped cream with 5 grams of sweetener and mix everything

Cut the finished biscuit into cakes and coat with cream
