Recipe preparation
Mash canned saury with a fork. Cut the onion into half rings and pour boiling water over to remove the bitterness. Boil eggs. Grate cheese and eggs on a fine grater.
Arrange in a plate in layers: saury, onion, mayonnaise, then eggs and cheese. Add a layer of mayonnaise and repeat all the layers again.
