Separate the whites from the yolks.
With a mixer, beat the whites with a pinch of salt until stable peaks.
In a blender, beat the cottage cheese, yolks, sweetener, vanillin, softened butter and lemon zest until a homogeneous pasty state.
Gently add the whipped egg whites in three steps, stirring in with a spatula from the bottom up.
Put the mixture in a greased dish and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 ° C.
Cool the prepared cheesecake.
Prepare the glaze: cocoa, butter (1 tablespoon), sour cream 2 tablespoons, sweetener: put the ingredients in a saucepan and cook with continuous stirring over low heat until smooth.
Turn the cheesecake on a plate and spread with hot icing.
Refrigerate for 6 hours.
