Recipe preparation

Combine grated ginger, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon juice.

Place the breasts in a deep container, pour over the resulting ginger marinade.

Stir well so that the breasts are covered with marinade on all sides.

Place the container in the cold, close the lid and soak in the marinade for 30-40 minutes.

Preheat a pan and fry the breasts on both sides until tender.
