Recipe preparation
Preheat oven to 190 ?
Line a baking tray or baking dish with parchment paper
In each breast, make a deep cut along the fillet, 2 cm away from the edges
Mix cheese with sour cream, salt and pepper in a separate bowl
Stuff the chicken breasts with the mixture, filling each pocket evenly
Wrap each stuffed chicken breast in a thin piece of ham and secure with a small wooden skewer or toothpick
Place the stuffed breasts on a baking tray and brush with olive oil
Bake for 25 minutes
Leave the cooked chicken in the oven for 5 minutes
