The washed and peeled breasts, stuff with two or three finely chopped cloves of garlic, rub a little with salt on all sides and lightly pepper.
For baking breasts in the oven, it is better to choose dishes with high sides.
We grease the dishes from the inside with vegetable oil, put the breasts in it, and fill the free space with chopped onions.
