Recipe preparation

We stuff the washed and peeled breasts with two or three finely chopped cloves of garlic, rub a little with salt on all sides and lightly pepper.

For baking breasts in the oven, it is better to choose dishes with high sides - a frying pan or a saucepan.

We grease the dishes from the inside with vegetable oil, put the breasts in it, and fill the free space with chopped onions

Pour in 150 gr of cream

Squeeze half a lemon

Add 3-4 tablespoons of grated canned tomatoes

Salt, pepper to taste

Place the dishes in an oven preheated to 200 ? for 30 minutes

We grate cheese, remove the dishes from the oven and sprinkle with cheese

Bake for another 15 minutes
