Recipe preparation

Fry the onions in a skillet, add the mushrooms, salt and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Hard-boiled eggs, chop finely and mix with mushrooms.

Wash and dry the breasts.

Beat off in a bag or film.

Put the filling on one half and cover with the other half.

Better to salt the chops.

Batter: beat the egg with a whisk, add cream.

Dip the chops in batter and fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown.
