Recipe preparation

Mix chicken fillet + garlic in a blender.

Stir in the egg and add a little salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese and stir in the minced meat.

Grease a non-stick pan with oil.

Roll into balls of minced meat the size of a walnut (or slightly larger).

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning the balls 1-2 times in the process.
