Recipe preparation
Chop the onion and chicken fillets in a food processor.
Add egg, salt and seasoning.
To stir thoroughly.
For the filling, chop green onions and boiled eggs.
Make a large flat cake out of the minced meat, put a couple of teaspoons of the filling in the middle.
Connect the edges, give the cake an oblong shape.
Fry the zrazy in a pan until golden brown, add a little water at the end and continue simmering under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
